Dynamic development of businesses requires not only appropriately selected infrastructure but also flexibility in adapting to the changing needs of the market. Therefore, we decided to modernize, and essentially reconstruct the warehouse building, to provide greater efficiency and safety in storing goods.
The new building is primarily an investment that allows us to create a space ideally suited to customer requirements. When designing the facility from scratch, we considered:

It’s not always necessary to build from scratch – often, it’s enough to modernize an existing building. That’s why we focused on restructuring the existing structure that could still be used.
Warehouse reconstruction allows us to:

- adjust the layout to new logistics processes,
- improve thermal and acoustic insulation,
- modernize electrical and ventilation installations,
- raise the standards of safety and work ergonomics.
